Mapplewell Mavericks JFC are always on the lookout for new players. If you are already involved with football or if you have never thought about taking up a sport before you can have a Trial with us. Ask your parents or to contact the relevant age group and arrange to come along to a Training Session and let them see what you've got.

You don't have to be a highly skilled player as you will be given training and instruction to improve your game. You need a willingness to work hard and a good attitude to uphold the values of the Club. Parents are encouraged to get involved as well, the Club is run by volunteers who give up alot of time and energy to make this Club work well. Your child will gain a great deal from being a member of the Club, self-confidence and discipline go hand in hand with being involved with a team sport so please give your child all the encouragement and support needed.
